Our apartment sleeps two people. It is on the first floor, accessed by an independent entrance. It has one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with kitchen area, two bathrooms each with ‘wet room’ showers, a separate utility room, and two balconies - one overlooks the swimming pool and the other faces the gardens and fields. It has been finished to a high standard and has marble floors throughout and elegant furniture. This is a larger than average apartment (about 85 square metres) and is ideal for a couple who want some space and privacy during their stay.

The living room has cable TV, air-conditioning and ceiling fans, a sofa (not sofa bed), writing table, antique book case with a selection of books and guides. There is a circular dining table and two chairs which we usually keep on the rear balcony.

The kitchen area has a two-ring cooker, a large fridge, kettle and toaster, along with adequate crockery and cutlery.

The bedroom has air-conditioning and a ceiling fan, a teak double wardrobe and dressing table, and a comfortable double bed with bedside tables.

The separate utility room has an automatic washing machine and plenty of storage space for luggage.

The floors are marble throughout and the furniture is mainly local teak.

The gardens and swimming pool are freely available for residents and guests during daylight hours.
